Our NiHao intern served at the UTD Gongfu Panda Camp, where students from across DFW explored Chinese language and traditions through lessons, arts and crafts, calligraphy and gongfu classes.

At NiHao's July Pack & Box session volunteers packed 686 boxes, 14 pallets and 20,520 pounds of food — 17,150 meals for our North Texas neighbors.

On April 2, 2025 ambassadors joined NTFB Advocacy Day in Austin, visiting over ten legislative offices to push for streamlining SNAP and increasing funding for the Food is Medicine program.
